Pot hole opening up from previous repair

This pothole outside number 60 Leaves Green Road has started to get deeper and is breaking up around it, this has been mended numerous times as there have been at least two heavy water leaks in the last year. If this is not fixed soon, with the amount of heavy traffic going over it every day and the vibration caused, it will result in yet another water leak and more disruption for the residents.
