Overflowing bin store verging on fly-tipping

The bin store on Wotten Green and Edenbridge Close is overflowing and includes dumped furniture and a mattress, beyond the 'seasonal peak' and verges on fly-tipping.

7:00pm Sunday 16th January Owner of vehicle in the picture provided was seen dumping rubbish from vehicle to the side of the recycling facilities (in second picture) the proceeded to drive away from the scene. Vehicle registration: SH58OLA Vehicle: yellow suzuki vitara
