Paving slabs in Road

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Paving slabs at the entrance to the green have been taken up and put in the road with a a unlit barrier around them. These have been here for 3 weeks and when cars are parked the opposite side of the road it makes it very tight and dangerous. The barrier has NO light so dangerous in the night. I do not understand what the council would repair the path and leave this debris dangerously in the road.
