Someone has dumped their rubbish bags on the pavement in front of 22 Gates Green Road. The foxes have ripped the bags open and the rubbish is over the pavement, in the road and across on the grass verge opposite. It stinks and anyone parking for the Assembly Rooms can’t walk on the pavement.
