Tree Dying outside 64 Elwill Way

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

From the photos attached the bark is coming away from the trunk and therefore the tree is probably dying. Also a couple of weeks ago a reasonable large branch broke off from the tree so it could be dangerous.
