  • Please let me know what action has been taken to close this case. I reported this in January 22 and someone pulled the branches off just after I reported as they probably got fed up with waiting as it was dangerous. Since then nothing else has happened. The tree is leaning over on the pathway and is not straight and in an awkward position now. I await your confirmation of what has been done to close this case.
