4/5 street lights not working in Red Hill car park, ,back of library, not working. It’s very dark!

Hi. As per your response email here is an update. I visited the car park again today. Whilst there are more lights working, thank you, the lamppost at the back of the library and the one by the school still don’t work. It was 7pm and dark. So they should have been on. Thanks
