Numerous pot holes and damaged road surface

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

The road surface was repaired no more than two months ago and the road surface has already degraded and caused numerous potholes making it hazardous for cyclists and likely to damage cars. this was reported previously that the issue is likely to be related to a water issue as there is a permanent puddle by the water cover next to it.
