Operatives removed the piece of concrete but walked round all other litter and leaves. Grass verge has now turned to mud as no maintenance carried out in more than a year

The only appropriate action was for me the resident to pick the rubbish up. Your operative walked up and down the road yesterday when the report was posted ages ago. Fix my street had asked me if the problem was resolved the answer is still no as I have to do it. You know that the staff from the Pru use it as a car park so when they chuck their rubbish on the verge it would be beneficial to put bins out or a yellow line to make them park in the car park. I have the cctv of your operAtive looking so no appropriate action has been taken!!

Thank you for your comments,
We have raised your comments with our street cleansing service providers.
With regards to the supplying of a litter bin at the location, we find that the placement of a litter bin in residential areas can at times have the opposite affect with people using the bin as a refuse bin.
Our services providers have been made aware to ensure that the area is cleansed on the scheduled day of sweep and feed back if the area would benefit from a litter bin.
