Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
There is a collapsed manhole blocking 1 lane with cones around it, it has been like this for 4 weeks causing chaos in rush hour, it is dangerous with no prior lane warning.

This continues to be an issue. It beggars belief that bromley council isn’t doing everything it can to fix this issue and help the commerce of the high street. People queuing from The top of Westmoreland will decide to spend their. Knew elsewhere. This was a problem before Christmas
