Still waiting after initially reporting last year when it was considered not worth repairing by council! At least the council has agreed that a fix is now reqd!! These problems don't just disappear if ignored you know! The one further up the hill at the bus shelter is being ignored by Thames Water despite being reported twice by me through FMS and directly to Thames Water! Quelle surprise!

Will check tomorrow, hope it's a proper fix and not just a fill up with tar again like the last "fix!". Still waiting for useless Thames Water on the other drain cover in a similar sunken condition opposite the bus shelter further up the road despite being reported 4 times, twice through FMS and twice to Thames Water directly on their website.
