Glass Broken on Court Road at Traffic Lights

Hi, again not sure what category to place this under but noticed as a street friend there is broken glass situated at the traffic lights in the road on right hand side going towards St Mary Cray in Court Road (crossing near Old Prioriy Ave and Ramsden Road) thank you
