This crack and lumps of tarmac have been like this for a long time and have caused people to trip up. The previous request repaired the pavement in the wrong location. Many elderly people live her3 and are struggling.

This is far from fixed. The pavement as uneven lumps. Yesterday, an elderly resident stumbled as the tarmac came loose and has left the surface uneven. This close is full of elderly people and this is a major risk for them. Do your job and correct it, instead of telling me its fixed. Come away from your desk and look at it yourself.
