Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3238919.
For years some of us have experience this antisocial behaviour of some of the residence sharing this pathway. Often those living in the presumably council accommodation of 6, 8, 10 have no care for others and leave their garbage containers in the small pathway long before bin day where foxes scavenge and leave the rest there for months. I am sure your street sweeper is fed up with this situation and have stopped picking these eye soar mess. As I am writing there is baby dipper fresh among other dirt which have been there for months. No one seem to care to bring these residence to book. I am appealing to you to address this menace of antisocial, carefree residence. Some of us are law abiding residence and pay our council taxes and deserve better treatment. This has to be addressed as a matter of urgency please.

Flat 12 & 14 deliberately leave all kinds of dirt on this narrow pathway that we all use as you can see in the photos. This is very anti-social. This is to breed mice and rats. We pay council tax and therefore we deserve better. If the council who are their landlord can not write to them to explain their terms and conditions for having the accommodation, then at least the councils street sweeper who l am told comes around on Mondays and Fridays must clean these mess which have been there for months. This is right in front of my gate and l work for NHS. If some of my colleagues should follow me home, this is what will meet them, a wheely bin full of used dippers. It’s shameful to say the very least. This is intentional and must be investigated. These pictures are just 5minutes old. Thank you for your good work.
