Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Are Bromley responsible for the footpath around Goddington Park Orpington. If so I suggest you rapidly clear the mud and wet slippery leaves from the entire length of the footpath/cycle way from the car park to the entrance in Berrylands. It is so slippery and dangerous there is an accident waiting to happen
