This has been reported before and the council did deal with it due to it being in front of an electrical sub station. It is not clear why this is now not deemed as the responsibility of the council

Further waste has been added, including soiled nappies which has now increased wild life activity. Which is affecting the main road & subsequent properties I.e. Foxes excrement /increased numbers. The rubbish is being piled up against the electrical sub station door which increases issues around health and safety, specifically fire hazard. If it isn’t the councils responsibility can you please forward to appropriate 3rd party as this is becoming an environmental health issue due to the presence of human and animal excrement.

As the issue concerns rubbish on an area which is not public highway or is regarding pest control this report has been passed to Environmental Health to investigate and is now closed on FixMyStreet. For information, enforcement action against rubbish will be taken depending on the nature of the accumulation. Bromley Council only have powers to enforce the removal of rubbish which contains material that could attract pests or pose a risk to public health.
