Thicar and horse box has parked not only blocking pavement but also making pedestrians walk into the road, habitual offender

  • This Ford Fista in Blue, reg number is EN64... has been parked out side 49A Derry downs for around 3 weeks now, and not moved since!!

    The front and rear number plates are broken in the same places and the driver door has been tampered with!!! I think the car has been stolen and dumped....please can the issue be looked into and removed as causing parking problems
