Many thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm the public rights for way officer for Bromley Council and this work was carried out by our contractor on behalf of the tree officer. This officer checked the site after the work and was happy with what the contractor did. I've also been on site on Friday and the barriers are in place due to the hole in the ground and there is a TW with an arrow in yellow paint written on the carriageway, this is a Thames Water job and these barriers are protecting the public from the hole in the ground. Thanks again for your enquiry, kind regards. JPR - 07/02/2022
