7:00pm Sunday 16th January Owner of vehicle in the picture provided was seen dumping rubbish from vehicle to the side of the recycling facilities (in second picture) they then proceeded to drive away from the scene. Vehicle registration: SH58OLA Vehicle: yellow suzuki vitara.
