Persistent fly tipping on Bromley Council land next to 69 Tovil Close next to the the bin area.

The area of land which is Bromley Council owned between the bin area that is maintained by Clarion Housing and the block number 69 Tovil Close has constant green waste dumped making it very hard for the caretakers to move the bins ready for collection every week. It is a constant problem and the area needs the green waste and bulk removed ASAP.
