Graffiti in multiple areas of Whitehall Recreation ground. Located along perimeter wall in at least 2 locations either end of the right hand side wall. Bins also graffitied, benches in middle path affected, and approx 5 areas along the actual pathway surfaces including perimeter path and middle path.
