Thank you for the inquiry, I have been out to inspect the tree. The tree you mentioned is not dead, the tree is dormant with bud growth showing for this spring, I will have another look in the spring to see if any leaves or blossom have come out.

Ref 3250275 The dead tree outside 88/90 Malmains Way is definitely dead and has been for over a year. I sincerely hope that the matter is not closed. A tree expert looked at it yesterday and confirmed it’s dead. please confirm that the matter is not closed.

Thank you for the enquiry, I have been out to look at the tree you mentioned, again, the tree is not dead only dormant in its winter phase. I will be out in March to look at the tree again to establish if the requires removing or it has started to bud, please be patient with this matter which will be fully resolved in March.
