  • NOt fixed! It has been marked up for repair but a new curbstone has not been installed. (Or is that the plan?)

  • We are sorry that this matter has not yet been resolved to your satisfaction. We will investigate and attempt to resolve this issue in due course. Please be aware that when kerbs are displaced by tree roots we cannot always reinstate them. If the tree is mature and the roots make it difficult to replace damaged kerbs we remove them completely
