Street light isn't working

We have two street lights IN our close; the nearest to the exit from the close isn't working properly - turns on and off at will

  • The light column number is 31N 1; it isn’t a modern white light - it is shaped like Narnia lamp with yellow light inside. It’s not the light bulb - more like a contact inside - because it turns on fine but then it goes off and so on
