Major H&S hazard as the bins are very hard to move for the caretakers without smashing into residents fence and also a trip hazard as the pavement has been lifted up due to roots of the tree.

A cheaper alternative rather than touching the tree would be to build a pathway behind where the tree sits on the flat piece of land. This would also be a safer alternative than to keep maneuvering the bins along the path as it is a major H&S issue for the caretakers and poses a trip hazard for the general public when walking on the footpath.
