Thames water works causing grid lock

Reported via mobile in the Road, Pavement and PROW Issues category anonymously at 07:27, Friday 21 January 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Now that the Thames Water works have moved closer to the jtn of lakeswood road they are causing more of a grid lock in the area as if more than 2 cars are waiting to go through the lights no one can turn up lakeswood to use as an alternative route to ease the traffic, said traffic is then backing up across the Tudor way / Queensway roundabout forcing more people to cut through shepperton road and surrounding roads , some are trying to go up crescent drive which is narrow and meeting traffic coming towards them causing stand offs and irate drivers , I understand these works are required, One solution would be to suspend all parking on lakeswood and making it temporarily one way at the Queensway jtn so traffic could only come off Queensway
