Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3258408.
Resident of Toronto Court noticed a car pull up around 1.20am on January 15th 2022 that was not recognised as a regular visitor or resident of the block of flats backed onto the parking spaces downstairs by the garages - two individuals trying to get something out of the back in the dark. The next morning, the resident when down to the location and found a small pile of junk had appeared (double pram, some shoes and a bag). Photo of the registration attached and we have removed the rubbish but wanted to report this.
