Martial arts A board and two pot plants obstructing footway again, pavement by 248 High St, Beckenham

Reported via desktop in the Highway Enforcement category anonymously at 03:18, Sun 23 January 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Martial arts A board and two pot plants obstructing footway again, pavement by 248 High St, Beckenham. This is the third time of reporting in two years - the objects are removed for a while, and are then put back. The Council does not have to, but permits a single A-board on the pavement placed up against a premises frontage. This is a pavement obstacle to all on this busy narrow pavement especially to blind or partially sighted persons and those using wheelchairs, pushchairs etc. It is visual clutter in the street scene and Conservation Area. The pavement is there for people to get about unhindered. Please take further enforcement action.
