Bins & Litter at Croydon Rec

Please can you provide an update as to when the bins in and around Croydon Rec are due to be replaced with larger recycling/non-recycling bins. Ideally with covered lids in to order to protect our wildlife, our environment and our local collection staff who do their absolute best to clear up all this mess everyday. Surely some investment would make their lives easier too. Please could we also have a sign on them encouraging people to take their litter home where possible. They are constantly being filled with bin bags too
