Overhanging bushes onto A233 (close to Sunningvale) block the sidewalk and the view to oncoming traffic putting drivers and pedestrians in danger

  • The tree is still growing and is bigger now which poses a real danger for us when walking along the footpath. It has been 4 months since the report and nothing has been done!

  • The tree is clearly still blocking the path and the view of incoming cars to the road. It's growing bigger in spring. It's dangerous to walk along this pavement.

  • Email received at CSC 04.05.22 at 15.39 We have received several letters regarding on overhanging vegetation cause obstruction to public footpath. The firs letter was sent on 27 of January, we immediately replied saying that the bushes obstructing the footway are on the next property and the right address is 52 Main Road. After that a second and third letters with the same issue was received. All of them we reply without any confirmation of reception. We called the number on the letter 02084643333. Nothing happened. Please, stop wasting taxpayers money in warning letters sent to the wrong properties. Q11. What action (if any) would you like us to take? Send the letter to the right property and resolve the problem
