We have investigated this report and found it to be the responsibility of Thames Water. We have therefore referred the enquiry to Thames Water.

It is still leaking but the stopvalve cover has now been painted blue: photo at 7am thursday 4 April attached......

This is TW's responsibilty regarding the leak, the condition of their roadwork property and current condition of the foot way, not the LBB. Therefore with respect Mr Lewis as another resident within the area why are you not directing TW issues with them. The purpose of FMS (FixMyStreet) is to report issues that the LBB are in control of and not utility company issues. May I suggest you direct your TW complaints to their CEO: martin.baggs@thameswater.co.uk
