  • Despite the report, nothing has been done. There’s still a broken tree although somebody (a neighbour) has removed the broken bit to clear the pavement but there is still half a tree that needs to be replaced.

  • This isn’t fixed. Literally nothing has happened since initially reported. Why do you keep changing it to ‘Fixed’?

  • I’m sorry but cutting about an inch off the top of the remaining trunk to level it off doesn’t constitute a fix. There is still about 3ft of tree trunk sticking out of the ground. Why is this so hard? You’ve managed to replace trees in other roads so why such a battle with this one?

  • Thank you for contacting us. The tree has been made safe and the stump cut off ready to be ground out in preparation for a new tree next planting season. ( stumps are cut off at this height so people can see them and not trip up.) The tree stump will be ground within three months. Thank you

    Thank you
