The appropriate action has not resulted in the large amount of log and wood debris being removed or the pavement being relaid and rendered safe for the older residents to get to their houses.

It has now been 2 months since a tree was toppled in a storm and I have been complaining of an area of uplifted paving stones spanning the width of the pavement and making access to properties hazardous. You have told me you have listed this work as high priority but there is no action to support this statement. I hope you are not waiting until someone has a fall before repairing this path - I think this delay is wholly unacceptable.

So much for your assurance on 10th May that the appropriate action has been taken by which you mean 'no action' for nothing has been done to remedy this hazardous area of pavement which you acknowledge deserves high priority since I reported it on 7th March. Meanwhile pensioners, postman, dustmen etc continue to clamber over this obstacle to get to their homes or to do their jobs. How can your impressions of remedial work being carried out be so far removed from reality?

We still have a mound of rubble and broken paving stones awaiting removal. It will destroy the grass unless it is removed promptly

Nearly there. All we need now is for the pile of plastic barriers to be removed from the grassy area in front of the dwellings. Why these works have to be done in dribs and drabs is beyond me. It must be costing the ratepayers a fortune. Hope these can be removed before Christmas

There has been no action on my previous report and the pile of plastic barriers are still on the lawn awaiting collection a week after my last report. Is anyone listening to these reports or am I wasting my time?
