Fallen trees and debris

There’s a huge tree that’s fallen into the small pond of The Priory Gardens, it’s covering most of the pond, I dread to think how many dead birds were caught under it when it fell, there’s branches and debris in all the ponds, not only does it look a mess, but it’s hard for the birds to get out, or even get near to the edge for feeding.. There’s big branches scattered all around the pathways too, it’s a definite trip hazard..

The 2 trees are still right across the pond, with lots of branches and debris cluttering the pond, with nesting season imminent, this should’ve been done as a matter of urgency, but it’s probably best to wait now…
