Thames Water have taken no action & the pothole is getting worse, will probably end up causing damage & injury, perhaps become a sinkhole as in Westmoreland Road. Please could you put some pressure on Thames Water to act urgently to deal with this, surely there are statutory duties & service standards in place?

Although Thames Water have attended & there is no more water egress, there is still a significant pothole requiring urgent attention. Can it not be fixed now that Thames Water have fixed the issue on their side?
