Unsafe tree

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
A tree along the footpath from Romney Drive to Scotts Park school looks unsafe - an animal has burrowed in the roots and the tree itself does not look healthy. Please could someone look at the tree to confirm it is safe?
