Water drainage area leveling problem

Hi there, As you can see on the photos this water drainage areas has damaged and there is massive leveling problem due to wear out. Every bus or truck passing shaking our building massively and we started seeing some cracks on the interior walls. also this water drains are full blocked and useless. We have little kids and in every shake the little children get scared.. Please help us with this as soon as possible, this is became huge problem in our house because it's happening approximately every 5 minutes... Really thank you in advance!

  • It's been more then 20 days but nothing change in our street about the issue. I received this answer above 15 days ago but no one came and solve the problem. This is quite urgent matter. Please we need an action asap. Thank you,

  • As outlined at: http://www.bromley.gov.uk/ fixservices please allow up to 35 days for remedial works to be undertaken.

    Jobs to repair highway defects are raised on timescales according to the priority and risk of the defect. However, dependent upon the cause and nature of the issue time frames for a response can vary so please allow up to 35 calendar days for works to be undertaken.   • They fix the one side of the road but no one came back to fix other part. This issue is on the both side of the road. So this vibrations still going on. It's helped %50 but as I said other side still didn't repaired. Damaged area clearly seeing in the red marked zone. Please take an action as soon as possible to complete this leftover works. Thank you!
