Tree has died located outside 100 Copse Avenue

Unknown cause, but the tree (Rowan ?)) outside my house appears to have died. No sign of new growth and looks dead. Was ok last year but showed signs of being a bit sickly. Would like a new one please (the other trees in the road are in blossom and ours looks very sad ☹️) Thank you
