This has been reported several times and I am aware you have passed this to BT however the manhole is not the only issue, you supposedly fixed the pavement, but you haven’t they are still as they were, they are very dangerous and a trip hazard, to be honest the entire pavement needs replacing rather than lifting slabs and putting them back.

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 15:12, Tuesday 17 May 2022

  • Nothings been fixed in this, the engineer out a report in to say the cover kid needs changing and the entire paving around it needs relaying but nothing has been done.

    This is still not fixed, the contractor that come said the lid needs replacing as does the slabs surround it, the lid is even looser than before.
