Grass needs reinstating after works here

Utility works here has decimated the grass verge (see photos). Please can you re-turf as appropriate and return verge to its previous state. Thanks.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. Yes a defect notification has been sent to Virgin media to instruct them to plan in a date to go back to this site to reseed the verge area.

  • Hello. This report is now eight weeks old - when will the grass be reinstated at this location please, as to date, nothing has happened.

  • Thank you for your update. The order for this reseed has been raised with the utility contractor and remains outstanding within their planned schedule of works. We will continue to monitor with our contractor until the works are completed.
