Construction material and old fence flytipping
Reported via desktop in the Street Cleansing category anonymously at 12:06, Mon 2 May 2022
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3495849.
Construction material left for more than a year, bricks and sand (that now became toilet for animals) + old fence. Also the whole parameter needs some cleaning and weeding. We have had no success from complaining with Bromley Council, it seems to be a miscommunication between Bromley Council and Clarion Housing about who is responsible for maintaining that area. There are garages that belongs to Clarion Housing and some garages that belongs to the Council. We need a definite decision and action now!. It is unfair to expect the neighbors to be going in this area to clear and maintain on a regular basis. Also, some anti social behavior happens at this area, drug dealing, drug usage (weed smoking), noise, people throwing cans of drinks, bottles of drinks, take out packages, etc. Maybe we need a security camera installed there? We are aware that the police have made a major operation and arrested a neighbor in this area. The place is dark in the night and we also think we should have lights implanted as we don't feel safe at the moment. The whole place needs clearing so it doesn't attract more rubbish being dump as well. This is my last attempt to have it sorted via the council. I am planning to complain to the local MP if things are not resolved. Please we need to get clarification and information about these issues. Thank you
