Beck lane road the areas you have marked to be made good is not the area that is causing a problem the original problem was the four potholes at where filled at different times which are Unlevel so when heavy goods vehicles or buses go over them this is what is causing the houses to shake and vibrate which is causing cracking I think it would be a good idea to speak to the residents near where this is so we can all explain where the problem is

We will not be resurfacing the whole area under our minor works programme. There is no obvious cause to the vibration being reported so therefore with out an obvious cause we cannot act. we will only be doing the areas marked on our Minor works programme which covers areas nearing intervention.

Only Minor works marked at this location will be carried out and we will not be resurfacing the whole area as the adjacent areas to marked areas are in good condition and not in need of resurfacing
