Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
Skip delivered this morning towards the Kechill Gardens end of Club Gardens Road, no permit for its current location and no warning signs or lights on it either. Also near to a fairly busy junction where access is unsighted

You may have contacted them but the skip is still there and now as a load of building materials also stored on the highway, all unlit. Unless you issue a fine they won’t do anything about it, so this issue is not closed

Lights are now on the skip and are working. These have been checked both late afternoon and again in the evening.
