We have spoken directly with the residents concerned who have recently applied to LBB to have a crossover installed but were not aware they could not use their property frontage for off-road parking until the crossover is completed. Resident was cooperative and advises they will park on highway in the meantime. Single cracked paving slab is circumstantial and not necessarily due to these residents and will be replaced by new crossover in due course, anyway.
