Broken chicken wire fencing

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
On Bishops Avenue, there is a school entrance alleyway for Bickley Primary School. If you look straight ahead there is a black metal gate, to the left of this is broken chicken wire fence and this has been broken. Youths are entering this area on to the green open space. Its possible the fence is the responsibility of the school or Thames water. Can it be fixed.
