Smelly overflowing bin and rubbish on walkway between Green Lane and Queens Road (next to The Stables on Queens Rd)

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3509211.
Rubbish bin is overflowing with all sorts of debris and is smelling. Rats seen in area. Tried moving it but it is heavy. Wood and metal been left by it.

Bin is still there as is rusty metal. Dead rat found in area. Bin disgusting
