Cat/Pet food continuously left on pavement

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3524923.
Someone keeps emptying cat food onto the pavement overnight. It has been happening for months now and becoming a nuisance to local residents and attracting pests.

Car left parked in a space continuously. Car is never moved and/or has never changed parking space. Parking is at a premium already and this car is taking up valuable space.
