Damaged covers on Cable TV boxes

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

The covers on two cable TV cabinets are loose and need refixing. One is on the walkway between old and new Warren Roads approximately opposite No 53 Warren Road, the other at the bottom of new Warren Road immediately at the Junction with Sevenoaks Road. Appreciate that this may not directly be a Bromley Council matter, but there is no indication on the cabinets who we should approach. (Probably Virgin Media, but who to contact?)

We have investigated this report and found it to be the responsibility of Virgin Media. We have therefore referred the enquiry to Virgin Media. Please note issues regarding Virgin Media assets including green cabinet boxes can be reported directly to Virgin Media via: cabinet.plant@virginmedia.co.uk
