Several overgrown grass areas
Reported via mobile in the Parks and Greenspace category anonymously at 17:07, Sun 15 May 2022
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3526988.
The grass verges and grass around street signs has not been tended to in over a year and looks very messy with huge weeds growing. All the areas on William Booth Road, particularly towards Apple Yard require attention.

Thank you for your additional comments. None of the verges within this estate are maintained by Bromley and are showing as private land. The area closest to Apple Yard from the edge of the boundary of 113 William Booth Road are showing as belonging to Lambourne House Flats. The grass areas of William Booth Road and Sycamore Grove are privately owned or housing association.

Thanks for getting back to me but I don't accept this answer. To be clear I am not (and at no point have been) referring to the private gardens within Apple Yard (where Lambourne House is). I'm referring to the overgrown grass areas around all the street signage along William Booth Road. I've previously asked you to let me know whose responsibility these are if they are not yours and you have - again - not done so. Can you please now let me know who to contact to get these areas cut? I'm going to follow this up with my local councillors.

Bromley do not hold records of private ownership. If the information has been registered, the ownership of private land may be found via a land registry search: http://www.landregistry.gov.uk/
