Dumped garden waste, grass cuttings etc....

Reported via desktop in the Highway Enforcement category anonymously at 08:00, Monday 16 May 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Seen 7am Monday 16 May.

For the second week running a couple of black bags (a bootful(?) of grass cuttings and other vegetation have been dumped in the same location on the side of the road on the Commons verge.

The photo attached was taken 8am Sunday 15 May and the flytipping wasn’t there then....the location of the flytipping is to the left of the white VW Golf with the illegal number plate which was not there at 7am Monday 16 May.

I will copy this report to the Commons Conservators.
